How to Assign a Desk Audit Assignment

1. Log in to our website at right using you secure login and password*
2. Click on assign claim as shown in the image below.

3. Fill out the claim form as completely as possible--fields with asterisks are required.
4. In the Special Instructions area, write DESK AUDIT REQUESTED, followed by the body shop information.

That’s it!! You will receive an email from the auditor assigned to the claim and a completed report as soon as it is ready.
